Rakua Koishikawa

A second-year student at Binan High School, and a mysterious transfer student. With his striking good looks and honeyed voice, he instantly became the object of admiration among the male student body. He refers to his fans as "Little Birds," and any student to whom he whispers these words is instantly captivated. He is viewed with suspicion by Domeki as he gradually begins to exert his control over the school.
